There are some questions for filling Form IMM 0008 (Generic Application Form for Canada)

I have finished this form. My question is some place I can not fill by computer. Do I need to fill N/A by hand.

I have another questions.
For Schedule A Background /Declaration(IMM5669)

12.Addresses.

The requirement is list address where you have lived since your 18th birthday or the past 10 years.

My question is can I fill more than 10 years . Because my national Id shows my old house address, I have lived new house after 18 year old. If I only fill 10 years, My address is not same with my national ID. How can I do. I want to fill more than 10 years.

4. Ethical Conduct Disclosure Form
5. IMM 0008 Generic Form
6. Settlement Plan
7. IMM 5562 Supplementary Information
8. Translator's Affidavit.


My question is if some of the form is not applicable for us...can we simply write NA and upload it??? Please help me

2. Category inert which I'm applying?

Guys, this form the IMM0008 has to be printed, signed and then scanned? I am confuse because at the end of the form it asks for signature.

Yes. Sign after printing

Then scan it after signature and send.
P.s. - print All 10 pages together . Because it has bar code. Every time opening appears different codes.
