Questions for all Bangladeshi

Dear fellow Bangladeshi friends,

I am a Bangladeshi and planning to apply for FSW. I have seen lots of Bangladeshi applying and actively particiapting in this forum. I have few questions:

1) What is the evidence you all had provided for your work experience in Bangladesh? Employee reference is one, but what about Tax return paper, pat stub? Like we all know that in BD, we dont maintain those all that much. We do file income tax, but will that be enough?

How we are proving that we actually worked, got paid for and paid tax on them??

2) Is there any good Photgrapher here in Dhaka where i can take picture for canadian Immigration? i meant, its hard to make the any photographer understand that. Any good locations?

3) Have you guys included SSC and HSC certifcate of both yours and your spouse even if your last degree is Bachelors or Masters?

4) Any professional translation center you used. Please name me.

Hello Akash, u need not submit any tax returns/papers. pay stub is a must. which CHC hve u filed your application?

3.I advice you submit notarised copies of all educational documents.

4.Professional translators not necessary. Go to any reputed/experienced notary public.
To sum up, you are sure to get the PR visa provided your educational certificates and your bank statement/proof of fund certificates are authentic and upto-date. Wishing you best of luck.

Thanks ABM. Exactly what you consider paystub in bangladesh? I recieve money in my bank and i dont maintain any document paper. Please advise.

Actually, it is a common practice for small bangladeshi businesses to keep a REGISTER OF PAY available in printed form at any Stationary shop [selling different kinds of khatas, forms, pens, pencils etc. You can purchase one of these pay registers, fill in properly for the duration you worked and get them signed and sealed by your employer/manager.

Alternatively, you can submit all the bank statements reflecting deposit of your salary into your bank a/c on a regular basis.

I am planning to apply in february 2010 inshallah. I am preparing all its possible at this moment.

I have another query, but not sure if you can help me with this. I was in USA for good 9 years for study and i must submit FBI clearance to CIC as well. Is there any agency or Govt place where i can have this done including US Embassy? I have heard that US Embassy does not support any such program.

Please shed some light if you are aware of it.
