Questions Before applying for CEC

Hello Everyone,
I am planning to apply for CEC. I have some doubts, please help me out.Let me explain my status in Canada right now. Done my Master's in oct 2013 and started working as a technical agent in a company from 21st OCT 2013 and under NOC 2282
Q1. If i apply for CEC, can i leave canada to get married?
Q2. Do i have to show any bank balance?
Q3. is it better apply after getting married? and do my wife need to write the language test?
Q4. Do i have to be in the same job after applying for CEC?
Q5 can i apply for myself alone first after getting married and then apply for my wife after getting PR?

Still i have to wait for 3 more months to apply for CEC.
Can you guys give me the link to check how many applications left in my NOC?
And once i apply for CEC, then went to my home country to get married. Will there be any problems to bring my wife here?
will there be any problems at port of entry?
Is she eligible to work in canada then?
