my husband is from cuba
but is living in canda for 12 years he was sponsored by his father
we have 5 small children between us
and we just filed to have his mom visit for the summer
monday she was given a letter from the embassy
and turned away
it stated that because she doesnt have travel experience and has little income
she is a risk for not returning to cuba
and not to reapply unless things significantly change!!!
I am just furious my children are devestated
because we told tem their abuela was coming for a vist
is there any way to appeal this??
I am open to all the advice and help we can get thank you
