Hello,
I received an invitation and applied through Express Entry for permanent residence under the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) category. They sent me the following message:
"Travel History: Please provide an information form (Travel History - IMM 5562): A separate and newly completed travel history form with an original signature. Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc., taken outside your country of origin or residence. Please note that you must provide details since the age of 18 or for the last 10 years."
I have two questions regarding this document:

I have two questions regarding this document:
- They did not provide the form to fill out, but I believe I found it via the following link: https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5562e.pdf. Is this the correct form?
- Regarding the trips taken over the last 10 years: I am Belgian and I think I remember going somewhere in France, but I’m not certain of the date.
Additionally, I recently went to Paris to provide my biometric data (but I stayed less than a day). Should I mention these two trips? I believe I read somewhere that only trips appearing in the passport need to be mentioned.
