questions about travel documents, please help.

I am 29 year-old Korean guy and I have some question about the travel document which I need to fill up for immigration under CEC.

this is my case:

I first came to Canada in April, 2006 and that was first time I went abroad.

From April 2006- March 2009, I stayed in Canada to study.

From April 1 2009- April 15 2009, only 2 weeks, I went back to Korea, visit my family.

I came back to Canada in April 15, 2009 and I kept studying and working in Canada till April 2012.

from April 2012- May 2012, 3 weeks, I visited Korea once again and came back to Canada May, 2012

and keep working here till now.

In this case, what should I write in section 2a (you) on the travel doument application?

I think you should check 'did not travel'. travel here means your trips taken outside your country of origin or of current residence. (see the instruction following question 2)

I agree. The instruction guide says:

List all trips you have taken outside your country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since your 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc.

If you did not travel outside your country during this period, check “did not travel”.

However, outside your country of residence could also mean, every trip where you left your current country of residence.
Anyone? Should we list trips to countries of origin? When country of residence is Canada.

No trips to country of origin or residence required.

your country of Origin is Korea & your country of residence is Canada, If you had never visited any third Country than you don't need to write anything in there.
