questions about the police certificate

Hi there,
I have a question about Police certificate.

I am a Chinese citizen. I have to submit my Chinese police certificate and Canadian police certificate before 8th January.

However, during that time, I only have the Chinese police certificate and the explanation letter on Canadian police certificate still in the process. I put them in to one PDF file and submit online

Today, 10th January. I just received my Canadian Police certificate. I try to update online. But the upload option is closed.

What should i do now? should i waiting for them to contact me? or should I send them the update information by mail?
