Hello everyone,

Informations about my future wife (The one who does the sponshorship ) and me

My wife :
She is 23 yo - Live in Quebec - Canadian citizen from birth

And me :
I an 26 yo - Soon in Quebec with my future wife - Belgian citizen

Here is the story of my future wife and me.

2008 - 2009: We chat together on an online forum about life as a teenager
2009-2012: We chat a lot by MSN, we have some video call, we want to meet in person as friend, and I decide to do Work Holiday Visa
2012 - 2013: We meet each other, we do a lot of thing, I meet her parents, her friends, we do some activities together, and we even go out a little. After that, we broke up (it ends badly) because I had to come back to Belgium and I had no choice. After that we kind of loose contact.
2013 - 2014: We don't really talk to each other, we live our lives each on the other side of the ocean
- 2014 - 2015: She does a Working Holiday Visa in France, and she decides to contact me again, saying as she is near Belgium, she would like to see me.
August 2015: We decide that she can come to visit me in September
September 2015: We do a weekend together where we really hit off, we begin de fell in love to each other, we realise that we are perfect to each other
October : We see each other again, but this time she stays 9 days in my country, we have the happiest time together, we're in love, we want to live together, we are sure of our choice. We looked some other alternative so I can come, nothing seems good, and we want to be together now!

End of December: I've a call from her mother, she want me to come for the New-Year to surprise my future wife. (Her mother paid for the plane tickets) I go to Canada, and I ask her to marry me! She said YES.

February: I go back to Canada (this time she paid the plane ticket), we are in love, and our decision is never put in question by her, by me, my friend or my parents. We are happy together. We went to see an immigration lawyer to. I went door by door to meet with her parents and her friends.

FUTURE:

- We are getting married the 30th April 2016
- We want to send our application in May 2016 (with my open work visa)

TL:DR We begins to chat in 2008 by internet, I came in 2012 for one year, we see each other really often, we go out, we broke up cause I was coming back to Belgium, we lost contact, she came in Europe in 2015, we start talking again in august 2015 , we felt really in love, I ask her to marry me in January 2016, she said yes, we want to launch the inland sponsorship in May 2016

I am getting married in Canada this 30th April with my Quebecoise love one.

So we decided to an inland sponsorship as soon as we're married!

We have some questions about the data we have to provide for proof of our relationship.

- We have all our Facebook conversation from 2012 to 2016 and before that we succeed to find our chat from MSN (2010-2012) when we put all that in a file it's about 8000 pages of conversation, do we have to send all that ?

- We have proof of skype call (more an less 40 pages) where there is some chat message and incoming/outgoing call from August 2015 to now (we don't have earlier cause of loss of my data from my previous account)

- I've a Work Holiday Visa from 2012 where I was in Canada for one year where we see each other a lot.

- We have proof of planes tickets for 2015 - 2016.
- We have proof of hotel invoice when she came in Belgium
- We have her train ticket when she was in Belgium

What do you think about that?

What should we do to succeed in our process?

And another question:
I've a round trip plane ticket for the 27th April and 18 May, should I cancelled the 18th may ticket and take another 180 days later to be sure to have a valid tourist visa ?

Thanks a lot for your helps

Apply outland. The waiting times for inland are insane. You'll be done a lot faster if you apply outland.

Is it possible for you to try and get another working holiday visa?

If so, you can work in Canada while waiting. If not, you can stay using Visitor visa but not able to work during the wait.

You can apply outland while you are physically in Canada.

I know we'll have to wait at least 4 months for that, but we are prepared.

Yes - you will.

But the overall processing time for outland is around 2.5 years during which time it's recommended you not leave Canada.

Again, I'd recommend outland. But obviously your choice.

What are the chances if during processing of Inland PR application a person on closed work permit with TRV travels out of Canada and returns after 2 months. Will entry be denied on return?

Stop posting the same question in multiple threads!

The bottom line is that a person that submits an INLAND application will have serious problems if they leave Canada and are refused re-entry. NOBODY can guarantee that she will be allowed to return. It's usually not worth the risk, for most Inland applicants.
