Hi, everyone :)

I have two questions about this PNP Program

1. My job belongs to Skill Level C(6513 Food and beverage servers) , however I am working in Tourism and hospitality Industry (A Hotel in Whistler), do I still need to work in the Northeast Development Region?

2. Beside work in B.C. for at least nine consecutive months before I apply the PNP, do I need to have several years of employment experience in hotel industry like Long-haul trucking?

Thank you for taking the time to view my question, Please reply me at the time of your greatest convenience.

No, server is eligible anywhere in BC

No, but like you said you need to have been working full time for a min of 9 months prior to applying. Your hours can be on average full time as I doubt you work full time in Whistlers dead season but they must average out to 30 hours or more per week.

The semi skilled stream is assessed almost pass/fail, As long as both you and your employer are eligible and you write a strong support letter you should be good to go
