I hope someone answers my questions below please to enlighten me on this topic. Sorry if I have many questions but please do answer because I think I'm not the only one having this questions in their minds.

1. how many years should we stay in manitoba as a PR before leaving the province? I've read that at least two years is enough but someone told me that even if you fulfill the duty of living 2 years in MB and you leave the province the family member that sponsored you will no longer have the chance to sponsor other family members.

2. What if I was able to become a citizen after 3 yrs of living in MB and decided to live and go to other province will this still affect the ability of my sponsor to nominate other family members?

3. In case I left canada and decided to live on to another country or go back to my home country in order to ensure that I will not affect the ability of the person who sponsor me to nominate other family members how many years should I stay in MB before I go lived in another country? or applying and becoming a citizen first is enough?

So your question is only about the ability of your sponsor to sponsor other family members?

You can find the form that the sponsor has to fill out here:

http://www.immigratemanitoba.com/asset_library/2012/11/mpnp-manitoba-immigration-settlement-plan-2.pdf

At the bottom of the form, there are some conditions that the sponsor signs. This is one of them:

c. I clearly understand that the applicant made a formal declaration of their intention to live and work in Manitoba. I will not knowingly support the application of individuals who do not intend to live in Manitoba, and I understand that I will be prohibited from supporting other relatives or friends in the future if the applicant and/or his/her dependants do not settle successfully and permanently in Manitoba.
so it doesn't matter if you stay for 2 years or become a citizen, if you ever leave Manitoba, your sponsor can no longer sponsor other relatives.

I suggest that you discuss that with your sponsor in regards to who else they still want to sponsor. The people your sponsor has sponsored will be able to sponsor other people from their family so at some point, your sponsor may be ok with you leaving.

If you have a strong reason to leave like inability to find work and support yourself in Manitoba, I am sure your sponsor would understand that you must leave though.

Thanks for your reply though I have additional questions, thus this also implicate his or her spouse and children. For example if my brother is the one who sponsored me thus his wife and children can no longer sponsor because I left manitoba?

I don't think it will affect his spouse and children. I think they can still sponsor but ask MPNP if you want to make sure.
