Hey Guys.

I have a quick question,
I am the principal applicant, and my Inland PR application has received by CIC on 22th November 2018
I live in Vancouver with my wife, but my study visa will expire on 30th December 2018
I'm waiting for my AOR now, and I'm not attending to my college anymore, what should I do to extend my stay during the PR process? Or am I good to stay during the process?

Thanks!

Apply for a temporary visa asap. You are supposed to apply 30days before expiry. If you also apply for a owp ont will make it easier as a owp basically gives you 2 years

I'm out of status as I'm no longer a student, that's why I couldn't apply for the OWP. I'm going to apply for temporary visa asap then.

If you are out of status then you need to apply to restore your status. If you have been out of status for more than 90 days, then it's too late to apply to restore your status and you'll need to remain in Canada out of status while your application is processed.

It doesn't have to be 30 days in advance. You can apply for an extension up to and including the day of current status expiry.
