what if my lady friend from Columbia come to visit on a temporary visa and got married with me ? can she stay and apply for permanent resident of Canada ??

It depends how she applies for PR. If she applies "Inland" and you include an open work permit application with fee paid, then yes, she can stay - but she shouldn't leave Canada until she gets PR. This means, no visits home and no tropical vacations. She will have to suffer with the cold weather ;)

If she applies to Bogota, then there is no status in Canada. She can request her visit be extended, but there's no guarantee CIC will say yes. She may have to return to Colombia. The good news is Bogota works fairly fast. If you have a good application with good proofs, it won't be long.

You say she is your lady friend? Are you not in a relationship? If you are not - it's a bad idea to get married this soon. You need to visit each other at least 2-3 times before getting married and have some time behind you in the relationship. Even if you do love each other right now, without the history to build the story of your love, it will be a very difficult position for you.
