Questions about Medicals for spousal sponsorship

The Status of my application has not changed in 6 months. It is still in Application received status in London.

I am now reviewing my application to ensure that i have not missed anything and have not submitted an incomplete package. It is a spousal sponsorship in stage 2, London Office.

I did my medical in Feb 2014 but did not get any results back. Now reviewing the form i got from the Doctor's office after I completed the tests .... state as follows:-

"This health case status has not been submitted to CIC."

Do you get any document from the clinic after you complete medicals that will indicate the results of the medical and whether it has been submitted to CIC?.


Any help will be greatly appreciated.
 
You can get the copy of your medical result if you requested with your doctor otherwise they directly send it to CIC ( i am sure you had done your medical from the center they mentioned that ? )

waiting is the key in the whole process. I have submitted my case in Dec 29 (lets say Jan2014) and in two months my SA was done. from MArch it is with Abu Dhabi office and we are waiting so I will say wait , wait and wait..
 
Mine was an upfront medical. I was given a form to submit with my application listing my specific number linked to my results (UMI) however the test results weren't on there as they hadn't been processed yet. I did mine in the US (Massachusetts). And I was told I wouldn't hear anything unless they wanted repeat tests or other information. After SA, it took about a month to show medicals received on my eCAS. But again, every file is different but this is what happened with mine.

are you from MA? have we already discussed this? I'm from CT, lived in MA for 10 years. :)

Apologies for getting off topic... i just love meeting others from New England!

I'm the opposite! Before moving to Canada in 1976, we lived in CT (Winsted) and then Concord, MA. Concord I remember well - but absolutely no recollection of Winsted :)

ha! yeah sounds about right. MA certainly leaves more of an impact than CT. born and raised, and couldn't wait to get out! :)

Vermont actually but MA was the nearest panel physician to me.

If you click under application received you should see medicals received .
