Questions about mailing addressing

Hi all,

I have a question about mailing address for my place.

I lived in Victoria, and my sister just moved to Vancouver.

I am doing test and interview in Victoria this July, and after that if I change my address to Vancouver.

Is that automatically change my oath place to Vancouver?

And will that be faster if I can do Oath in Vancouver instead of doing in Victoria?

I GUESS that will complicate your case. Switching from one place to another one may lead to the change of the judge handling your case.

Some ppl told the judge that they were willing to take the oath in Vancouver although they lived in Victoria. They were informed by the judge that taking the oath in another city is possible and a note of that intention would be put into their cases.
