I just need to know what happens if you send an application that is missing document while attaching an explanation letter stating that this document will be sent later to CIC after its has been obtained by the applicant.
In my case, due to particular circumstances, I could't get a copy of my marriage certificate on time to send my application before the expiration of my current status,which is why I contacted an agent from CIC who instructed me to send the application anyway but with an explanation letter that describes my situation and promises to send the missing document once I´ve received it.
I know this is a ery unique case, but it will help me a lot to know your opinions on what will happen or on my chances of being approved. Thank you veyr much.
