Questions about getting a new job as a TFW without an Open permit

I am a TFW, came here like 7 months ago as a kitchen helper, and the duration of my contract is 2 years, so like i still have 1 year and 4 months left on my contract, I quit my job and went to another province and applied as a kitchen helper (Though I am still looking for an employer who can sponsor me to get a new LMIA for a different job), and my concern is that, I got a new job but the boss wanted to direct deposit my salary into my bank account, and some of my friends said that if my new job direct deposits my salary into my account, the immigration can detect/trace the transaction and they will come looking for me which is I think somehow true cause we all know that If I quit my LMIA job, I can stay here in Canada but cannot be allowed to work under a different company or establishment or any work.. Is it true that the immigration can do that, I mean is right away or it will just reflect when the time comes that I will apply as a PR or something..? any ideas.?

Hi how are you. I'm new at this fórum and unfortunately I don't have the answer to your question but I'm interested in becoming a TFW in the near future. I hear that in order to get a work permit you need a job offer. How do you get the job offer while you're just a visitor (TRV Temporary resident visa)? Are employers interested in interviewing TRV holders. Thanks for your comments.

Yes - you need a full time job offer to apply for a work permit. AND you also need an approved LMIA (something your employer must obtain).

Most employers are not interested in interviewing TRV holders because they do not want to go through the LMIA process.

I see, that makes sense and it's kind of discouraging.
