I have a few questions. I have been working as a Freelancer (developing iOS and android applications) for the past 4 years and I have been working for a German client.
- My German client has a company, if I ask her to issue a letter for me as an employee in her company then she will do it. What would be more good for my profile, show my employment as a freelancer or ask my client to issue an employment letter for me?

- Do we need the payslips for all the 4 years or we need the starting months and ending months payslips?

- I have checked my CRS score but it's 441 so I was thinking about doing a post grad diploma will my points increase if I do the PGD?

- What is diploma level 7? Is it the same as PGD?

- Since I develop software applications for iOS and Android so in this case what should be my NOC? Software Engineer or Web Developer? Does it make any difference? What if I write web developer as my designation but later I find out that my designation should be software engineer, would it be possible to change it later?

- what if I have submitted my application in the Express entry and later I get any job offer then can I update the info in my express entry profile?

- My future partner lives in Germany, doing masters and has a blood relation in Canada who has PR. Will my points for family ties in Canada increase if I get married but my spouse does not accompany me in Canada due to studies?

- No, do not have the company issue a letter stating you are an employee. You aren't. So this will be misrepresentation (lying in your application) which will put you at risk of a refusal + a five year ban from Canada. Have the company issue a letter stating the truth, that they were a client. Never lie in an immigration application.
- I'm not sure how many payslips you need. Will let someone else answer that question.
- You haven't stated your educational profile so can't tell you if a PGD will increase your points or not. What education level do you already have and do you plan to do the PGD in Canada or outside of Canada?
- I don't know what diploma level 7 is.
- I'm not sure what you mean by "change it later". Where would you want to change it later? Best approach is to get the right NOC at the start. The NOC you select should be the closest match to your job duties. The actual job title is irrelevant. It's the duties that matter.
- Yes, provided you have a job offer AND an approved LMIA from the employer. The job offer is not enough to get extra points.
- No, points will not increase in this case. No points since she would be non-accompanying. To get points under EE, she needs to be accompanying AND the relative in Canada needs to be her sibling (i.e. brother or sister).

Thank you for your reply.
I have a bachelor's degree in computer science and I am thinking to do the PGD from UK or Canada. I am considering the online PGD option.

This will increase your points buy only marginally and not enough to get you in the range to be selected directly through EE. You want to aim for 470+ to have a decent chance. You should assume job offer points won't be doable and should look for other ways to increase your score
