IMM 5406: Additional family information

1) on top, it is written as: Complete all names in English and your native language? So do we have to write in native language? type/handwritten?

2) Father: what should we write in the address box if father is expired.

3) Should we write Not Applicable/NA in the blank?

4) IMM 5490: Sponsored questionnaire: Should we write "NA" whenever there is blank. e.g. Do you have any family members other than sponsor in canada? my answer is no. but there is some lines of space. Should I keep it as it is?

5) IMM0008egen: presently she is living with my parents. But the address on her passport is different? Can she include my parents address as mailing and residential address.

6) IMM0008egen: On 2nd page, as she doesn't have any common law, or dependent. I wrote Not applicable. is it correct. or I should leave it blank.

Thanks a lot
