I have just been accepted as a protected person and would want to file for my spouse who is outside Canada. Do i file for PR alongside mine or do i invite him first and then file for him? Please i need your advice.

It's only one way. You and your spouse are in the same PR application.

You include your spouse on your application. They will process yours first and then theirs.

I checked yesterday the current processing time is 51 months.
I applied for my partner on feb 2022 and im still waiting.
