Questions About Education Level and List of Training in QSW

Hi all,

I have done MBA (marketing) 16 years. ECA Done from WES - EQUAL TO CANADIAN BACHELORS . (For General Canadian immigration)
I am confused about points, for 16 years education, we get 10 or 12 points?

IELTS Points, For CLB 9 in all modules, how many points do we get? 4 or 6?
