Questions about Document Checkist

Hi guys,

Would like to ask please regarding the Document checklist.
2. additional dependents
6. use of a representative
7. declaration of non accompanying parent/guardian

- do i still need to print this out and send it even if it is not needed already in my case?

No need. If you don't need to fill out these forms at all, you don't need to touch them. If would be pointless to send in blank forms, wouldn't it?

As others have said, no you do not, BUT you should write N/A on the item on the checklist so that CIC knows you haven't overlooked that item.

are these already the photos I've supplied under the spouse questionnaire form (reception, wedding. honeymoon)
or a different set of photos?

Just put a big diagonal line on each page and write N/A on that line....
