Questions about completing PR application

1. I was invited to apply in the Mar 26 EE round under CEC program. My EE profile mentions that I was also eligible for FSW. I thought usually in my situation I would have been invited under FSW. Is that usual to get invited under CEC if eligible for both?

2. I am able to see the PR application where I can fill different sections but do not see a checklist for documents to upload. Will I see it after I complete the form? Will I be able to go back and update the form once I can see the documents to upload?

3. Under 'Contact Details', there is a question about address history for the last 10 years. What is the purpose of this section? Is this to decide which countries to get PCC for? Is there any other reason? If I stayed at a hotel for work, do I mention that hotel as well?

4. Under 'Application Details' there is a question about which province and city I intend to live in. I currently work and live in Mississauga but might move to Toronto for work. Does it matter? Is this only to get PNP?

5. I have not traveled outside of India(origin/citizen) or Canada/USA(residence/worker) when I was in these countries i.e. I did not travel for business or leisure outside of these countries to say UK, Mexico, Europe. I am currently living in Canada but did live and work in USA. So do I leave 'Travel history' question as 'No' or should I mention my working stay in USA?

6. My EE profile got 522 points. I have worked for about 13 years in India, USA and Canada. I will complete 1 year work exp in Canada in April. Do I then need to show only 2 years of exp outside Canada for 3 years work exp in same NOC or do I need to show 3 years foreign work experience? I would accordingly skip asking for reference letters from my Indian employers since that can be tedious.

7. In continuation of ques 6, I had listed my entire work history for past 13 years on my EE profile. Now in PR app do I show only my necessary foreign (2 or 3 years) and Canadian (1 year) work experience and move rest to personal history?

8. On the applications list under my IRCC profile, the PR application says that I have 90 days to submit the application. My ITA says the same as well. However, when I save and quit the PR application, system mentions that I have 60 days to submit. Which one is the correct deadline?

Thanks for your responses.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
A lot of questions and a lot to read so I will only answer a few.

1 - Yes, if you're eligible under both programs you will be invited under the CEC program.
2 - Yes, after you complete the forms you'll see the checklist.
3 - Only mention permanent addresses.
4 - It matters only if you choose a city in Quebec - your application will get cancelled for not meeting the EE criteria.

Thanks. Could you also answer the other 4 questions please?

Edit: I called IRCC and got satisfactory answers for most of the questions except ques 6 and 7, about which work exp I will have to prove.
1. FSW and CEC pool invitations are done in different cycles and for CEC it is usually every 14 days.
2. After the PR application is submitted, I will be notified about the availability of the checklist which I will have to complete.
3. This is for security check and should mention all temporary or permanent residences where I have lived for some time. If exact address is not known or provided, better to explain why to the officer.
4. Provide current location and update later if needed by online form,
5. Stay in USA needs to be mentioned.
6. According to the agent, since I will be applying under CEC I will need to prove 1 year Canadian experience only. I doubt this is the case, since I was awarded points for foreign experience as well. IF ANYONE HAS PERSONAL EXPERIENCE PLEASE MENTION.
7. Agent mentioned that as long as the work experience is mentioned in work or personal history the officer will be able to discern. I am doubtful about this as well.
8. Online form needs to be submitted in 90 days The 60 days limit is for retaining the saved data without updating it, i.e. if the application is not updated once in every 60 days it will be deleted and a new application will need to be made.
Additional notes:
1. Even for CEC you may be asked for proof of funds.
2. You usually do not need to get a PCC from RCMP.

The response from call center agent seems incorrect for some of them. Answers in line:

1. I was invited to apply in the Mar 26 EE round under CEC program. My EE profile mentions that I was also eligible for FSW. I thought usually in my situation I would have been invited under FSW. Is that usual to get invited under CEC if eligible for both?
Yes this is completely normal, and CEC is easier/faster anyways.

2. I am able to see the PR application where I can fill different sections but do not see a checklist for documents to upload. Will I see it after I complete the form? YES Will I be able to go back and update the form once I can see the documents to upload? YES

3. Under 'Contact Details', there is a question about address history for the last 10 years. What is the purpose of this section? Is this to decide which countries to get PCC for? Is there any other reason? If I stayed at a hotel for work, do I mention that hotel as well?
Only addresses where you were staying permanently, for study, work, or residence.

4. Under 'Application Details' there is a question about which province and city I intend to live in. I currently work and live in Mississauga but might move to Toronto for work. Does it matter? Is this only to get PNP?
I don't think it matters

You need to mention your trips to US, since your country of Origin is India, your country of residence is Canada, and US is neither of those.

I thought you must have already gathered 1 yr Canadian exp when entering the EE pool. I am very cautious and would turn down this ITA and submit EE profile again when 1 yr experience is obtained.
Furthermore, you have the ability to select which work experiences to declare and which not to. Calculate your marks accordingly and see whether you want to declare all or only some of them. Then prepare supporting doc accordingly. If you want to get points for 3 yrs of foreign work exp, then you need to prove for 3 years.

7. In continuation of ques 6, I had listed my entire work history for past 13 years on my EE profile. Now in PR app do I show only my necessary foreign (2 or 3 years) and Canadian (1 year) work experience and move rest to personal history?
General rule is: only list work experience you want to declare CRS for in work history. Ignore others in work history but include in personal history.
Also, if you list exp in EE profile but later delete some of them in eAPR, your CRS score may change. If it drops to below the cutoff of your ITA draw, your app will be rejected.

8. On the applications list under my IRCC profile, the PR application says that I have 90 days to submit the application. My ITA says the same as well. However, when I save and quit the PR application, system mentions that I have 60 days to submit. Which one is the correct deadline?
90 days all the way. As far as I know, even if no update for 60 days, your ITA is still valid and active... My bet is that IRCC forgot to change the 60 days wording on that screen.
