Hi Folks :
Finally I am going to apply for citizenship next month ,and I want to ask you guys regarding to the address ,do I need to show where I lived in the past 6 years or last 4 years only ? by the way I did my landing July 2012 and never left Canada since that time .
the second question is do I need to attached notes of assessment for my taxes (hard copy ) or just mention in the application .

1. Address ever since u became a PR.
2. Copy of assessment not required.

Please read the instructions and go through the checklist in detail.

1-since u became a PR
2- No need to enclose anything. They will contact CRA directly.
 
you only need to give addresses of place where you lived since you became a PR and settled in Canada. check out gov.gc.cs or thevisa.ca - they've got good details.
