yes, but just for rehabilitation, I understand for a work permit needs to be valid, but rehabilitation? because wich I have now expired a month ago

A lawyer cannot guarantee your success he is right about that. But if you hire a lawyer they know all the laws. Why do you think people hire lawyers to fight for their rights. A lawyer will help even if you do get rejected they will take your case to a judicial review in where they mostly win.
