Thank you soo much for the info...did some digging and I found out that txt messages can be printed off from the phone company(at least mine anyways - Telus) however they only go back 3 months, and there in no actual information other than the number that the text was sent to.

I printed out my txt messages from Nokia phone using PC suite software downloaded from Nokia website. I think it's doable from any phone nowadays. Which phone you have?

my hubby took pictures of his iphone messages.
glad with this site, i realised that i could of sent text messages as proof. the thought never entered my head when we did the first set of evidences.

I have motorola slide phone...newer...but found out regadless that I can get the txt messages online via my phone company. I also printed out Skype conversatins as well. And the good thing about Skype is that they go all the way back to the beginning!!

I have a similar question,

Can my husband (PA) come to Canada everyday, as we both live very close to the border. Or is it advisable for me to travel to US daily. The point is if we could start living together, while me (sponsor) still have canada as my residence, and will be working here.
Either he travels to his work in US from here everyday, or I go to US and stay with him everyday and then come back to work in morning ??
I will be maintaining my residence here.
