if sumone's DDF is cashed after medical still there is chance of rejection?

Sure - there's still some chance of rejection. The only time there's no chance of rejection is once you have the PR visa in your passport. Until then, anything is possible.

Once CIC starts processing, the only fee that is returned is the Right of Permanent Residence fee. No one knows when they will inform your about the decision. You may have to re-do the medical or the VO may apply to have the medical extended.

means thier is no chance of ppr now coz its too late and even they willnot return our visa fees thats not fair
