Question: Right of Permanent Residence Fee

I am going to submit application under CEC to buffalo next week. Can someone know whehter I should pay right of permanent residence fee NOW or LATER when requested by Visa Office? Thank you very much for your answer.

RPRF should be paid when requested. It CAN be paid now, but if your application is rejected, then everyone has to go through the hassle of a refund.

What delay? When the RPRF is requested, it is usually requested along with other items, which you still have to submit.
