1. Can i make an online account?
2. Whose name the account should be PA or sponsor or both?

Hi any help you can provide please - my legal rep is having difficulties to sign into my online account they have access privileges so I'm confused what the issues are with their sign in portal. They are claiming all they can see is the same as me the online check status info. I will like for them to provide me with an update of the full processing online of the file eg: app receive, medical pass? Background check started etc elegibility and so forth in this way I will be aware if an interview is required and so forth? This is an Outland spousal sponsorship filed in March 2018 , thanks in advance for your assistance
