Hi,

I got one question as I read 38 occupation list is going to change in one or two week
what will happen with our application, we all are waiting for AOR.

so they will put us in new rule and i m sure they are kicking 0213 and 4131 so
means we all in danger or as they receive our application they put us on
that day rule

any idea

check this

there's no official information on changes to the 38 list
anyway, even if they amend it, this will not affect applications which were received by visa offices before the date of change. so if your docs are in the visa office, your application will be assessed based on the rules which were valid on the date they received it

your application will be treated as per the current rule...you don't have to worry about the rule which is not yet born....

Applications get a lock-in date in the CIO stage. It will get processed as per the rules in place on the lock-in date, so as long as you have submitted, you're okay ;)

when it comes on cic.gc.ca - its official .
this type of roumers moving since last 7-8 months . ( people of 4131 are the higest one who received PR )
so not to woory about 4131 or 4121.
