I'm currently filing out the immigration paperwork and one question has me stumped. It's asking for dates, length of stay etc for the times I visited. The problem is that being that I'm from Detroit and my wife is from Windsor, I've visited very often the last 4.5 years. Well over 150-200 different times, so i dont remember how long i stayed or the length for each visit and the only receipts I have are toll transactions on my debit card from maybe 2 years back. What's a resolution to this problem? Thank you

Do a sample. Explain that the proximity of your homes facilitates frequent visits and you are attaching a sample of information typical of your visits over the years. Go back as far as you can in the documentation you have, and show that you visit often during at least 3-6 months up to present time.

Thank you for your response. Another question is "are you living with your sponsor. I'm in Windsor about three days a week and we own a house (that's only in her name). We do have a joint bank account. Is that considered loving together if I'm only there "visiting" 3 days a week?

I'd say it is not living together, especially if you also have your own residence. However, in the answer, you can say 'no', but then attach an explanation of your situation. The fact that you are together at least 3 days a week should definitely be mentioned. You can attach a separate sheet of paper to that form for your complete answer.
