Question regarding work experience location and job title

In my previous job, I worked for 2 years at the company office in the US, but then due to visa issues, I had to return to India and worked from home for 1 year. The company does not have an office outside the US. My salary was cut down when I relocated to India but the job duties were the same. In my EoI, I mentioned the experience as 3 years at the US office. Is that ok, since my passport would show evidence of coming back?

My second question is that my job title was given as "management analyst" to fit better with H1B categories, but the job duties were that of a data analyst. In the Canadian NOC grouping, management analyst falls under 1122 while data analyst is 2172. Is it ok if I keep the title of management analyst but list the experience under 2172?

You can write what you wrote here to your letter of explanation.

question 1: it could be tricky not for the passport date but for the PCC. don't know if you can split it in your work experience in 2 (two lines one for US located one for india located keeping the same job title) and then in the upload field add the same reference letter in both upload fields if they end up only giving you one.

for the second question: when choosing your NOC you have to list it according to your job DESCRIPTION not TITLE
