question regarding who can not sponsor a spouse ???

Hello Folks i have a question i was reading the website and it says
-you have lived apart from your sponsor for at least one year, and either you or your sponsor are the common-law or conjugal partner of another person,
We married last year in march and i was back home for 4 months will it be a problem now as we are in process of applying.Please share your thoughts as i am confused and worried

You did not live apart from your spouse for one year neither are you or your spouse in a commonlaw or conjugal relationship with someone else so you have nothing to worry about.
