Question Regarding Upfront Medical

Hello Members,

I would like to ask one question regarding the upfront medical.

I completed the upfront medical back on the Sep 2020 for my close WP and I have submitted the e medical info sheet via webform. I got the respond that it has been forwarded to the responsible department on Feb 22.

Today (Feb24), I received MR on my profile to request the medical exam. I was trying to call ircc but had no luck.
Please share your experience regarding upfront medical and advice.

Similar situation. I applied for my PR on July 30,2020. Did upfront medical on September2020. Got a medical request from IRCC on March2021 and submitted my eMedical Info Sheet and receipt for proof to immigration. I checked my IRCC profile and under medical it says “we did not receive the results of your required medical exam.” From “We have requested for a medical exam”.
