Provide details of any trips (Applicant's Name) has taken outside his/her country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since his/her 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc.

Is this country of residence means the current one which for me is Canada or the one at that time I travelled? Back then I was a student in the United States hence was a residence in the state and I travelled to Canada a lot. Therefore, I'm not sure if I should fill out the travel history to Canada for tourism as a resident in the state or fill out the travel history to the United States for study as a current resident of Canada?

Later it also asks my family member, do my parents count? Even they are not in this application or didn't travel with me. Like they went to some other countries for tourism by themselves... Any thought? Thank you in advance!

When you were studying in the US, you were a US resident and this should be reflected in your residence history when filling the forms. With that said, during that time, any travel outside the US should be mentioned.

Concerning your parents, you don't have to mention anything about their travels. They are not part of the application. The only information required about them are well defined, like their names and date of birth.
