Hi friends,
I'm silent reader of this forum from long time :) At first I would like to appreciate to moderators to handling this application in pretty smooth and managed way.
As end of this year is approaching soon I was thinking to submit my application. My question may be already discussed but I couldn't found. Accept my apologies in advance.

According to my assessment I would get 68 points. I am single and engaged. My expected spouse has done Masters so I would get some additional points (probably 4). I would like to submit my application now as single. Would I get points from my spouse points if I am getting married later next year during submit of documents??

Your response would be highly appreciated.

Regards,
Shahzad

imshahz,

If you apply as a single person you cannot get the point for her masters however if you get married before submission of full application you can obtain the point.

You should apply as single and calculate points accrodingly. If you get married before submitting full application, add your spouse to your application and explain the situation in your cover letter.

Hi,

I'm just wondering, do not full application or all document be submitted right upon first submission of application?
I'm confused. Hope you can enlighten me.
Thank you.

Sep 2011: I submit all the requested documents.
Nov 2011: My application was reviewed and they started processing.
Jun 2012: I sent a letter to London office because, I was worried about my in-process status for so long.
Jun 2012: I received their letter saying "waiting for visa-officer review" and it is still in the same status until now.

Also i will appreciate the comments of those who got their PR in the similar time-lines?
