It does say pretty clearly that they want original. Now what does original mean makes things confusing. I guess online print outs should be as good as original but why take chance.

The trouble is that it does vary by province and, on top of that, IRCC have their own way of doing things. For instance, IRCC would reject your application if you submitted prints of online statements that weren't stamped/signed by bank authorities.

Like someone already said before, I guess it all depends from agent to agent.

Yes, I also did not want to take chance on this fact, so I took the printouts and got it stamped from ICICI Bank.

Not really. The agent/officer doesn't make the rules - provinces/IRCC do.

Just that each province decides how and what to do while IRCC decides the same at their end. And these need not be in sync all the time. For instance...

Ontario expects you to submit your entire passport booklet, including blanks. IRCC wants just the bio-page(s) from a valid passport.
NS accepts online statements, IRCC doesn't.
Saskatchewan accepts funds belonging exclusively to the spouse as POF, IRCC isn't clear on this one.

Trust me when I say I have had issues more than once. Even I tried to track the documents for my WES application. They always showed in Delhi. Even after the assessment reached me.
There is something wrong as even my brothers have complained about parcels reaching after months.

Or maybe problem is on Australia's end....
Who knows....

Very few people know this I guess - As soon as you book via speedpost, you can track packages on the Indiapost site as well as on the postal website of the destination country (like USPS for USA and Canada Post for Canada).

The tracking info on India post site stops after the package leaves India and they provide another URL for tracking international packages which need to be used OR one can track via website of destination country's mail service.

I used speedpost for WES, FBI PCC and OINP.... no issues ever but yeah takes 3-5 days more than DHL, Fedex and all

That makes sense. That could be the reason why it kept showing Delhi.
