Question regarding salary slips and job docs

Hi all,,

My salary slips come fornightly into my employee account and if i count all from last four years( total exp in the same job) , they are around 104. How many do i need to upload and is it mandatoey to attest them from HR?

Secondly , i have so many employemwnt documents . As the maximum file has to be 4 MB . I am not sure what to add and what to leave. Following is the list
1) refrerence letter
2) duties and responsiblities
3) job description
4) offer of employement
5) appointment letter
6) employement agreement
7) salary slips

Can i use two rows to add all for the same emplyement ? Or i have to put all docs in one file?

For EE, the only mandatory requirement is the reference letter (which shows your duties and responsibilities/job description). That's the first 3 items on your list (assuming your job description does not appear in the reference letter), and they would have to be signed/attested by the relevant authority in HR or your line manager.

To support your application, it wouldn't hurt to add items 4-6, but I believe that 104 salary slips are overkill. Maybe a sample of the last 5, if you must?

You have to merge all of these documents to insert in the designated placeholder in your checklist. There are pdf compressing websites that can compress the size of your pdf to the acceptable range (i.e. smallpdf[dot]com).

I will do that.

Actually my job desceiption is lengthy and complex.

Therefore i opted for duties and responsibility letter.. as it shows the relevent material that have been asked in NOC list.

But i thonk its better to ipload only letter and leave JD.
