Hi Guys, I was filling out the form "Schedule 4: Economic Classes - Provincial Nominees (IMM 0008-Schedule 4)" and was pondering if there is a minimum funds that I am required to show to CIC. The application guide for Provincial Nominees does not mention a specific dollar amount. It states "Indicate the amount of unencumbered transferable and available funds you have in Canadian dollars". Can someone provide insights on this.

Secondly, I was thinking of attaching my pay stubs along with employee verification letter issued by my employers in order to show that apart from the savings I will be earning a monthly salary that will enable me to support myself in Canada. The Document checklist for Provincial Nominee says that "Do not send any additional documents when submitting your application to CIO". Therefore, should I still go ahead and submit my salary details. Please advice. Thanks.

I think if you are already in Canada working a job then that amount isn't too important. I think that's more an issue for people who will potentially be in Canada whilst not legal to work, so have to support themselves.

I'm also already in Canada with a job so I just put that I have a few thousand savings. I think if they see you have a job offer letter and are applying in Canada then you'll be fine!

Thanks bradders. So you did send CIC the job offer letter though it does not have it on the document checklist (IMM5690) ?

I sent them my letter of acceptance from the pnp. The good thing about going through pnp is that the first stage proves that you have a job or job offer and all that comes with it, making the CIC application much easier!

Alrite. My nomination under first stage is under International student (Pilot Masters graduate stream) category. Job offer was not required to get the nomination for first stage. Either ways I am planning on to send my offer letter to CIC. Thanks for your help bradders.
