Question regarding previous Provincial nomination

I had received Provincial nomination in 2010. But my package was returned (for missing a document) when I applied for federal government processing. In others words, I received a file number from Provincial immigration but did not receive file number from Canadian federal immigration.

Now I want to apply as Federal Skilled Worker in 2014. And I want to remove one of the jobs which I mentioned for Provincial nomination. But I am concerned that CIC might not like this omission.

Please inform if my data in application for Provincial nomination could be compared by CIC against the application for FSW?

Would CAIPs/GCMS notes be helpful?

You need to write down your personal history in the Schedule A form, if you omit one of your jobs and the officer finds out that you are lying, you will be refused for misrepresentation. Why do you want to take a chance ? Do they compare notes? Who knows ! Keep in mind that there is a field investigation/background check on every application.
