Question regarding pnp ontario

hi i am new to this forum i have a question that i have one year experience as a car wash manager which comes under noc 0651 but i dont have enough points to get ITA under EE but if i get pnp in ontario from other employer in some other job will i get 600 points and can use one yaer car wash manager under cec. Please someone reply

If you have CRS score of 400+, you will get OOPNP

My score is 342 so i cant get OOPNP
