Submit a variety of pictures over the duration of your relationship. Make sure to include photos from special occasions such as wedding, birthdays, anniversaries etc. The timestamp is not really a big deal, you should date the pictures yourself if there isn't one, so they have an idea when the photos were taken. Ensure you describe who is in the photos, when and where taken.

I put them six to a sheet with a small description under with the date ( I got the date from going to properties and looking at date taken), then I colour printed all the pages and gave it to our lawyer, our lawyer said this was a good way to do it. (I did this on powerpoint, however you could use publisher or word as well)

We put in various pictures, lots of posed ones of the two of us but also candid pictures we had taken of eachother, photos of either one of us with eachothers family members, pictures we had taken of eachother on various trips, just an assortment to show we are a real couple.

I put all my photos on a Word document (2 on each page) and like the previous suggestions, put down who/when/where on top of each photo. I think it is best to include photos with many people in them, friends and family together with you two, to show that many people are aware you are indeed a couple. Good luck!
