I came to US when I was 23 yrs old. I have been living in US for the past 16 years with annual visits to my home country, generally 2-3 weeks every year.

I have obtained the PCC from FBI which accounts for my US presence.

But do I need to get PCC from my home country?

Above link tells you need PCC from the country you have lived for the past 10 years which means I only need PCC from US. But then I came at 23 yrs.

Please advise.
Thank you.

The link you have shared provides the answer to your question. Check below two paragraphs I've copied :

.. an officer may request additional police certificates from any time in your life since you were 18 years old.

Lailah studied in Spain between 2014 and 2017, for several 4-month study periods but she did not stay there for 6 months or more in a row. The system will not ask for a police certificate, but an officer may ask for one from Spain after she submits her application. To avoid delays, Lailah could ask for a police certificate from Spain and submit it with her application.
