Question regarding my EE Profile

Hi, I have a question regarding my EE profile. I submitted my file on 22june and the processing has not begun yet. I made a mistake providing my passport document I was asked to provide pictures of all the pages that included stamps,visas and other markings but the pdf that I sent has only 1st and last page of my passport which only includes my personal information.I sent few web forms and I have not received the confirmation email yet. It’s been more than 20 business days. What should I do to confirm that my webforms are added to my file. I called ircc several times but the says that they haven’t received any web form. So, Basically my question is do I still stand a chance to update them somehow or are they gonna send my application back as incomplete?

Request you to use the below to raisethe webfrm and upload the complete passport all pages, Maybe the website used is different. Please use this link . The webform status is expected to receive in 7 working days with a email confirmation of document update. Kindly do this asap before we receive any refusal.
