Question regarding language test for PNP

Hello guys,

I am submitting my PNP application to IRCC, I already got nomination letter from Ontario immigration nomination program. The process will be done on paper

On the document checklist, it listed Language test result as one of the mandatory documents, but my PNP doesn't require language test.

I have called IRCC twice, the first time they told me I don't need it, but the second time the lady said I do need it as it is required for everyone. Then I called Ontario nomination program, they told me I don't need to submit it.

Can someone please let me know if I need to? My last test was three years ago and already invalid so if I do need one I am gonna have to take it asap.

I am in the same situation . Got pnp on march 8 2019 for NOC level B under international student stream.
I am not sure if i need to give ielts.Can anyone advice?

you guys don't need to submit ilets because u r already working under noc B .
