question regarding IMM5406 additional family information

Question regarding IMM 5406 form. I am the sponsor of my husband who had 2 children from his previous marriage. He is declaring his 2 children as his dependents but not yet accompanying him in Canada should the children also fill out this form? Are they filling out in the applicants section? Anyone please guide me regarding this matter it will be highly appreciated, thanks

Refer......Sponsor your spouse Guide........the dependant of the PA only need to fill IMM5406 if they are 18 years or older.

Additional Family Information (IMM 5406)

Who needs to fill out this form?
This form must be filled out and signed by:

• The principal applicant,
• All dependent children aged 18 or over (whether coming with you to Canada or not).

When the PA fills IMM5406.....he should include his children in SECTION B of the form.

If the PA dependant is 18 years or older, they will need to also fill their own copy of IMM5406.
