Question regarding Funds available during my stay in canada

Hello everybody

I have a urgent question. Am filling application for visitor visa for mother in law
I am supporting her financially during her stay in Canada and I will be responsible for her all expenses

My question is on form imm 5257
They ask for funds available for my stay
As she do not have any account on her name

So how much money I have to write in there ?

I attached a letter of support. I attached my bank statement I have $ 25000 in saving accounts

So please tell me what Amount I fill there

The question relates to HER FUNDS not for her sponsor's funds. So whatever you can manage to get that shows she has money.

In my case for my mother in law, I put 2,500 CAD although she doesn`t work, she has no bank account On the invitation letter I said I will take care of everything, all the expense. And she was granted 5 years visa. They did not ask her to prove the funds.
