Can someone who has more than one year of Pakistani experience apply for this class?

Or does it have to be Canadian experience?

The experience does not have to be Canadian experience. Someone can apply if they have experience from outside of Canada.

so how does immigration Canada verify if the experience is genuine or not?

Like I can easily show them that I worked at my father's company in pakistan for more than 1 year and did all the high skilled accounting work

How would they know if i'm lying?

There are many different ways CIC can find out you're lying.

The best thing to do is not to lie. If you don't have the experience, then gain real experience before you apply.

I can easily get a letter from the Chairman of Marine group of company. Its a pretty big company in Pakistan

they will find during the interview, when they will ask dozens of questions about job, your friend will also receive ban for mis-representation, so don't lie? be honest......
