I saw Leons post in regards to requirements for family sponsorship, however I'm unclear as to what the requirements are for the marriage application. He went I to detail in regards to common law and conjegul buy he didn't go into detail as to what the marriage application requires. Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.

You have to be married, that's it.

That's why if people are considering marriage sooner or later anyway, it's best to just get married first then apply.

Same as the others, but you need a marriage certificate and photos from the wedding.

So for all of them you have to live together for 12 months minimum correct ?which can be done by getting a visitor visa correct ?

If you are married you don't need to have lived together for any amount of time.

Of course, you do have to prove that the marriage is genuine, and it may help if you can prove that you have lived together. But it's not necessary. Many married couples apply for PR without living together. You just have to show that it is a genuine relationship - photos of the wedding, family photos, vacations together, etc.
