The geographic location where you obtain your work experience is immaterial. The real question is whether your Indian company shall provide you with a letter of reference - stating your designation, nature of your job - full/ part-time, roles and responsibilities consistent with your NOC, salary (in either INR or USD) on their official letter head.
If you succeed in obtaining such a letter and can provide actual proof that you were remunerated (paystubs, IT returns, Bank statements), then you could certainly include such work experience to support your PR application.
