question regarding eligibility for "CEC" category???

hi ,
according to the new rules for CeC,if u have two years masters degree ,can u apply straight away for CEC ,without any experience ,coz i guess previously it was 1 year experience +degree and for skilled workers =2 years experience.
am i right?

No. There has been no indication of any changes planned for CEC's post-graduate stream. You will still have to work 1 year in a skilled occupation.

Nonetheless, depending on what province you are studying in, you could be eligible upon graduation through the provincial nominee program (Ontario's, for example).

btw from all of the recent changes in recent CEC category they reduce the work experience req. from 2 years to 1.
i think they should ease the process for the international students who are graduates ,coz they are already familiar with culture and living condition ,in comparison to the new comers .at the same time they should provide trainings to fresh graduates .
